You may do any prewriting and drafting that helps you. Remember, this assignment is about an experience that relates to the theme of avoiding conflict by trying to understand others. Don’t retell the events of “The Birds’ Peace.” You may look back in your textbook or pull information from other sources. Be sure the work you submit is your own work. Submit only your final draft for assessment. Be sure to follow the instructions for submitting an instructor-evaluated progress evaluation. Your paper should have the following characteristics:
