Create a new Word document with your responses to the progress evaluation. At the top of your lesson, please include your name, your CDIS ID number, e-mail address, the course title, and the lesson number. You do not have to rewrite the questions when completing your progress evaluation. Simply type the number of the question and your response.
Save the file, either to your computer or disk, as LessonXX.doc. (Note: You will replace "XX" with the appropriate lesson number, and Word will automatically add the suffix .doc.)
When you are ready to submit the lesson, click the Browse button like the one below and the "Choose file" window should open. Double-click on the file you want to submit for grading, and the "Choose file" window will close and the filename will appear in the box next to Browse. Then click on Submit this lesson to submit it to the Center for grading. If the submission is successful, you will see a confirmation message. Please retain a copy of any file you upload to the Center.
After your progress evaluation has been submitted, it will be forwarded to your course instructor for grading. Your score and the course instructor’s feedback will be available from the same page where you submitted your lesson.
If your lesson has not been graded, only a link to your submission will be there. If your lesson has been graded, there will be a link to your instructor's response. Click on the link and your instructor's response will open in your browser. Print out your instructor's response for your records.
