MU High School students move onto a variety of collegiate destinations
Colleges around the country have accepted and will continue to accept high school diplomas from students who have done their work online. Colleges do expect diplomas to be granted from distance learning schools that are accredited by an official regional accrediting board. If you want your distance diploma to be widely accepted, select a school that is accredited by one of the six regional accreditation agencies recognized by both the United States Department of Education (USDE) or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). These are the same agencies that accredit reputable brick-and-mortar schools. MU High School is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement.
Colleges and Universities look at a combination of courses taken, grades and ACT/SAT scores to determine admission. A diploma from MU High School is the same as a diploma from any other accredited high school. Here are some of the collegiate destinations of MU High School students:
