Refunds

If you want to withdraw from a course, requests must be made online after you log on, by fax, or by mailing in the request-to-withdraw form provided in the back of your course. If you mail in your request, the postmark date will be used to determine your refund amount.

Requests postmarked within 1st month after enrolling 70%
Requests postmarked within 2nd month after enrolling 50%
Requests postmarked after 2nd month of enrolling no refund

The administrative fee is not refundable.

Refunds are not given to students who have submitted one half or more of a course, and refunds are not made due to incorrect advisement. If you attempt to enroll in a course that has been discontinued, your fees will be refunded.

Refunds are mailed approximately four weeks after we receive your request. The amount of your refund will be reduced $5.00 for each lesson and exam that you submitted for evaluation before withdrawing. We do not refund amounts of less than $1.00.
