Director, Center for Distance and Independent Study (CDIS), (1997-Present)
Extension Division. Direct one of the nation’s largest collegiate independent study operations. Lead a staff of 50 in the development and delivery of college, high-school, and professional continuing education courses, via traditional and advanced asynchronous distance education formats. The CDIS records more than 28,000 student enrollments per year.

Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, College of Education. Teach graduate-level courses; serve on student and departmental committees.

Associate Dean for Credit Programs, (1989-1997)
Division of Continuing Education. Responsible for the administration of all academic credit programs offered through the Division of Continuing Education.

Director, Center for Credit Programs, (1983-1997)
Directed a staff of 25 in the planning, delivery, and administration of: off-campus classes; Saturday & evening classes; correspondence study; and courses delivered via two-way, interactive television fiber optic systems. Maintained and directed course development, academic advising, and other support services for these programs. Managed both state-funded and self-sustaining budgets.
